After Hurricane Ian broke the top out of a large, very mature pine tree in my yard, it took awhile to see that the fallen section had done a not so neat job of smashing the roof and front of my storage shed. After assessing the extent of the damage and concluding it really wasn't all that severe (it broke the overhand of the roof decking off and smashed the gable trim, punching one relatively small hole in the roof itself), I sought a company to do a repair for me. Several came around right away after my call, but each of them seemed to believe I should cover their entire retirement savings with this job. In frustration, I contacted Alex at RoofPros. This was probably the best decision I have made in a long time!
Alex came out the next day to assess the extent of the damage and give me an estimate, which turned out to be virtually identical to the figures I got from several close, knowledgeable friends. To ensure he was seeing the job correctly, Alex asked his foreman, Raphael, to come have a look at the job. Raphael confirmed the extent of the damage and ratified the estimate.
Within a couple of days Raphael and his crew were on site fixing the damage in a very thorough and professional way. You can't see that the shed was ever damaged! The following day, Alex came around to inspect the repair and ascertain my satisfaction. Needless to say I was delighted. The crew had attended to the repair promptly and cleaned up after themselves, hauling away the shattered shingles and decking material.
There is no doubt that should I ever need roofing services again, RoofPros will be my first call. I can't recommend them highly enough.
